    new sand boa pickup

    my 10 year old daughter has been asking for a snake of her own so last night i picked up this guy for her.....he's in full shed so the pics look dull but whatta ya gonna do?









    0.1 IJ carpet python
    1.1 childrens pythons
    0.1 crested
    1.0 three toed box turtle
    1.0 aussie shepherd
    1.0 chupacabra/hyena dog thing.
    1.2 strange cats
    0.2 stranger children

    little hotter and less humidity. they really just need a little water dish and some sand/aspen/or whatever to burrow in and they are happy.

    What a cutie! I'm always sorely tempted by these guys at reptile shows. I love the way they bury themselves and leave their little faces poking out.

    thanks guys. he's super mellow and easy to handle. perfect for my daughter. hes also loads of fun to watch bury himself and swim through the sand.
