    Why? It's silly

am I the only that has a snake that will consistently kill its prey and chill for a few minutes before eating? Playing with her food. No table manners!

Well, at least she ate it! One of my boys decided he would kill the rat, but rather curl up and go to sleep than eat it. lol

I haven't seen any of mine do that. Some will grab and try to kill f/t and then not eat it.

Mine has been a nightmare. He actually went a year without eating. He ate 2-3 mice recently and now appears to be back to hating food.

One of my corns do that. I opened the tub 5 minutes later and she just looked up at me like "This is what you get for feeding me a dead mouse, now I have to find a way to entertain myself"

My lesser boy kills his rat and then drags it all over his tub until he finds just the right spot to stop and have a picnic.
