Re: Asking for opinions (because this will never happen again) :)

I definitely second getting a ready to breed pied or a ready to breed albino and throw her with both the albino and pied males. I'd love some babies from those breedings.....

I'm looking to albino and pied stuff in the near future.

    Hoe's before browe's!!

Your too limited on males to do much with the females you have. For $1200 you could get a nice sized breeder pastel for $500 and maybe a subadult Mojave/Lesser/Butter girl with the difference.

This gives you a year to decide on what morph males you want.... with your nice single gene girls gaining weight, prices should be dropping on some nice double gene males for you to consider.

I would invest in a female Leopard and if you look hard enought you should be able to get her and a female mojo. Not too many people have leopards and there are loads of morphs they havent been combined with!!
    Loads of balls around here

I've seen het pieds and het albino fems breeder size for 500 or less on kingsnake. get yourself one of each and you should still have enough for a yellowbelly girl.

I actually love leopards, I may keep my eyes out on them for now. I have limited space at the moment, so I want to get the hang of breeding before I get more males. But if I find a gorgeous male, I wouldn't mind having another. They are my pets first of all, but I still want to produce some cool babies.

Either Albino or Pied would work, but when looking at it more from a business aspect, the Pied would be much more profitable in this scenario.

    OR....

A 0.1 Clown..... Lesser 100% Het Clown is nice

    OR....

A 1.0 Clown for about any female you have..... I see Spider 100% Het Clowns in your future.

Clowns are the Pieds and Albinos of 5 years ago. Compare morph to morph- most 100% Het Clown morphs bring as much as a visual Pied. I love both, but will be steadily ramping up on my Clown efforts this year.

Hmm, what about champagnes? I'm seeing males and females for reasonable prices. But by the time I had any to breeding weight, would they be a lower end morph by then? I guess in the end I need to buy what I love and not worry about profit. After all, it's my animal whether it gives me profit or not. But I want it to be a decent business decision since I plan breeding. Is the super champagne lethal?

1.1 dh pied/albino would be a good choice i think. but you could pick up a pinstripe albino female with that amount of money. then you could potentialy work your pied into that. or scrap the whole bp thing and grab you a pair of snow boas lol. sorry my love has been shifting lately
