So I called over there. Guy I spoke to said he inspected the snake before it got shipped out. I also told him that I thought the packaging was inadequate and sent him pictures of the box and the snake at his request.

This was my email.

Attached is a picture of the box he was shipped in minus the bag and moss. O didn't move the paper towels around. I was mostly worried that he would have been jostled about without more cushioning.

And these are pictures from when I first unboxed him. I can get more of these are inadequate.

I am also a bit concerned that I wasn't sent a tracking order last night and had to call you guys to get it today.
