Thanks for the news, but being a simple American I have a question I can't answer by asking my good friend google; nor spending a few hrs researching legislative documentation: does this decision supercede the first decision to add the 4 species of constricting snakes to the injurious list of the Lacy act which was enacted by congress in March of 2011? The scientific reasoning and logic that brought Congress to this decision recently is quite literally the exact same as should have been used as before.
*cough cough* If there was a lobbying agency in Washington willing to raise obvious lawsuits just like this based on "obviously" (read: purposefully) flawed scientific documentation our hobby and our responsible and professional (which are the vast, vast majority) keepers wouldn't have even been in question in the first place.
