Best scale...
I'm looking to buy a digital scale to weight my Bp. What are some digital scales that you guys use? I just want to be able to keep track of her weight and also to weigh her prey. Does anyone else weigh their prey to make sure their Bp is eating an appropriately sized mouse or rat? Is it a good idea or just a waste of time?

The best scale is the one they stock in Wal Mart/Target, etc. They're essentially all the same except for how high they go...ie..some only weigh up to 3000 grams and some go higher...5000 grams etc.
As far as weighing prey...if you have nothing better to do with your time than have at it. It is, however, completely unecessary. Use the "eye-ball" method and a little common sense. Keeping balls is not rocket surgery...don't over-complicate it...

The type doesn't really matter much up to 5000g or so is good and one that is repeatable if you place the same object on it three times in a row it reads the same. Accuracy isn't critical if you are only tracking growth as long as the repeatability is ok. (breeding for sale would be different accuracy may matter more.)
I like the starfrit glass kitchen scale.

And I don't weigh my feeders, I figure out what size feeder to give based on the size of the snake. Feeder size should be about the same thickness as the thickest part of the snake. Follow this method and it will be really easy to figure out whether a feeder is a good size for your snake or not
