The milky eyes may be from previous stuck sheds and should come off on its own. Without pictures, I can't say if she's going into shed again or not, but my BPs never have a problem eating while in shed. If she's settled in well, maybe offer her the food and if she doesn't take it, don't worry. Or, if you're really worried about it, just wait to offer her the food until you figure it out. They can go awhile without feeding and be okay and from what I've read, a lot of them take a week or two in new homes before they're willing to eat regardless.
