    You will not get any albinos. Both parents must be hets in order to hatch albinos. What you would get is 50% of the clutch would be normals and 50% would be het albinos. Trouble is you can't tell which ones would be het albino. That's why you see people calling snakes 50% het (insert morph here). It means there is. 50% chance that the snake carries the recessive gene. Hope this helps a bit.
