I think we are going to need more than 1 heatpack for that journey!
We brought him out to the living room since it's really hard to get fully body shots in the snakeroom(smallish room). He went right for the presents and then proceeded to drop a christmas turd in front of the tree(even though he has been off food for quite a while)! I suppose I earned my "lump of coal" this year 
The goldenchild was an xmas gift for my wife this year. ^^

Yeah the Golden Childs are retics, not sure if the gene is tied to size though. As far as I know I think that the color/pattern genes can be in any of the subspecies (Mainland, Dwarf, and SD), so I don't think it would have any effect on the size of the animal.
