    Yes LEDs run in the high 90ºFs safe temps and enough if the enclosure is planned correctly to raise ambients. I hold 10º over the room with no issues. RHP (I own two) only work if there is thermal mass under them heavy objects to heat it seems to me a poor method and very inefficient when there are cheaper and easier options to explore first.
