Question Thinking of buying this ball python; opinions on het pieds?

I'm thinking of purchasing this ball python. She's up for sale as a 359g female 100% het pied; no papers, but "strong markers".
I'm only just getting started, so I'm no expert on this and I would really appreciate some more experienced opinions.
What do you think? If she's not what I should be looking for when it comes to het pieds, what should I be after instead?

    ---

Also, this is my male; possible het for pied (piebald grandfather).
His breeder said he would be shocked if he didn't prove out as 100% het with these markers.
What do you think about him?

    ---

Also, unrelated question: this is the brother of the male above (also poss het for pied with a piebald grandfather) -- are these het pied markers at all, or just a Normal ball python belly?

    Thanks so much!

When buying any het. It comes down to do you trust the breeder, if they have a reputation as a trustful person then go for it. If they seem shady then stay away. Ask for a genetic guarantee and if they do not provide one, it could be a sign.* not all breeders provide genetic guarantees for hets(Garrick at royal constrictor designs) does not provide them, but he has a very positive reputation for providing quality hets that are true hets. And I have bought a het from him with no worries that he will prove out next year.
Remember the genetic guarantee is only as good as the breeders reputation.

If you trust the breeder then no problem, if you need it in writing then you already have your answer. I bought a 100% het pied trio from Ball python world in Edmonton no papers, but I had their word and that is all I needed. In this buisness your only as good as your word.
