Another Spider Question
Hello, I have a question about the quality of spiders. Apparently there are two different types of spiders? They are usually brown and black, which I like, and some are almost grey/silver and black. What are the difference between those two? And what would you suggest breeding the grey/silver and black spiders with?
Or maybe I shouldn't say grey/silver but gold? I wish I had a picture to share.

Re: Another Spider Question
Never heard of a "grey/silver" Spider before, are you certain you're not mistaking it for an Axanthic Spider. There's natural variance of appearance in all morphs, Spiders are no exception and I know there are some lines of Spiders that a bred to have more gold colouration and others that have higher white but I mean, animals with those qualities can be found in any lines depending on how hard you're looking.
Out of curiosity though, where did you hear about this?

Re: Another Spider Question
I have two. Ha.
I got them for a really good deal (they were a throw in with the snakes I purchased). They're not the greatest looking spiders but I don't see any other spiders that looks the same. They're silver-ish/black. There is also yellow in them but they're only flakes between the white belly and the silver-ish back.
I'm out of town and I probably should have waited until I took some pictures but this has been sitting on my mind for quite some time.

Take some pictures and post when you get back. Otherwise, it's all guessing.

If they got a Fire Spider on the kind of deal they said they got these two, I'd freaking scream.

Re: Another Spider Question
I wish but I doubt it. I'm confident they're just low quality spiders but I just can't find one on google that has the same coloration.
