Evil ball python stabbed 19 times

From the story it sounds like the guy had access to the interior of the house somehow. The owner found the snake with a knife in it, which I'm sure means that the owner was not in the house during the assault.

Was that in the article? I didn't take the link jump and read the entire thing, just the snippit posted.

"According to the affidavit, a deputy responded to a home in the 400 block of Southwest 2nd Street and found the Ball python in a glass cage with the knife still stuck in it.

The snake's owner and two witnesses said Strickland "stated that the snake was evil" before he opened the top of the cage and stabbed it 19 times"
