Any info please

I have a female and male bearded dragons. She had eggs and look like she was going to lay them. But 2 weeks have passed and no eggs. Can they reabsorbe them. What do i do ?
My other question is do i remove the male when i see her with eggs?

Male really shouldn't be in there with her in the first place, unless you want the female to be overbred and very stressed. Cohabitation isn't the best idea. If you want them to breed, keep them separate and control when you put the male in. It'll also assure the female gets enough food to sustain her and her egg development.

Do you have a laybox for her? She needs one. It can take a while to lay, but she will stop taking food up to 3 days before. That's when you know you need to be putting her in a laybox.

Laybox is best to be a big old 40 gal Rubbermaid with 50/50 soil sand wet down enough to build burrows and hold, and have a heat lamp over it to keep her warm.

Feed extra fatty foods after she lays. I give my girl 2-3 pinkies over the week after she has laid.

You need to keep them separate and give the female a lay box. Otherwise she may absorb the eggs or worst case scenario become "eggbound".

Thank you for all your info. I have seperated them. Since then she has been doing a lot of digging, still no eggs but will let you know when something happens.
