I personally am really fond of Boaphile's RhinoRaxx, but dealing with Jeff can be a little frustrating as his communication skills suck. CSSerpents also makes some very nice racks. I've seen them at the last couple of shows here in Florida and I am considering getting one of theirs in the future.
As to the snakes, I had an amazing experience ordering from Garrick DeMeyer at royalconstrictordesigns.com. If he had them, I'd definitely suggest him. Although, any of those guys with ads on the left side of the home page are good.
