    My 2011 female also looks a smidgen "fatter" than my males so that might have something to do with it. Yours does look just a wee bit chubby though - but not really bad at all. She'll regain her "boa shape" with a better feeding schedule. And she may just have to poop, lol! But as you know, every 5 days is too often for baby boas. Many breeders start right with a 10 day schedule even for brand new neonates. But your girl didn't get FAT (you can still see her ribs in the 3rd pic of her around the nutcracker) so you'll be fine by simply adjusting her schedule. I'm feeding my 2012 baby once a week and my 2011 girl every 10 days.
