I'm just glad my JCP (soon-to-be largest snake I keep) is as tame as a puppy dog. He has bitten me twice, but only when he was younger & both times due to stupid feeding errors. When he does reach full size, I think it'll be wise to invest in some long tongs!
Most people would define my Anaconda as nasty but i say she is just misunderstood. Thankfully that bite didn't leave a scar but i did have a decently sized bruise on my face for a couple weeks, i think i was more upset when she bit my arm and ruined a part of one of my tattoo's.

I have a soft spot for the big snakes, i am hoping to add a Burm to my group within the next few months.

Long tongs would definitely be a good idea, bites from snakes in feeding mode are the worst!
