Yup, Randy's plan should work, with a bit of effort.

I don't feed frozen, I feed freshly killed. On occasion a frozen. If they don't eat the rodent I put it in a ziploc bag and freeze it for later, that has worked for me. But for most of mine I just wack the rodent and dance it for them. Try that, frozen is great, but frshly killed works too.
