Houses will never be sterile anyway no need you are not doing surgury in it.
I am crazy fussy, clearly. I suspect that any good soap or detergent will replace the f10scdx (which is a detergent with some version of f10 added or something along thoes lines. The bioslime remover I rarely use as I clean too often to ever get bioslime. But it and the rest of line of f10 come from the distributer (europe and the americs) John berry. The UK website will ship np I live in Canada and for me it is cheaper () to get it from UK that the US I pay less in shipping and better pricing. they always seem to toss in a bonus too (long time customer of theirs)
It sounds like you have the Q covered boas and pythons are a bit sketchy as boas can carry IBD for years and transfer it to pythons. with known animals and trusted people I think a bit relaxed is ok but new animals I again might give serious though to IBD testing . Sadly it is costly 100$ for the test and then the prep to have it shipped is often close to that again. But it is one of the concerns there is little known about it. The new research suggests it could have a longer than previously expected incubation time in pythons and may not kill quickly as once believed. I believe most of the cases in pythons are unconfirmed and more likely poisoning from mite treatments, but that is a guess. There is research for boas but not in pythons so it is all guess work currently. I assume the worst and plan according to keep my animals safe I see no reason to take risks.
The QT is to ensure the boas and Pythons are not in the same room they will never be housed together and never be out together and we always sanitize before moving from one breed of snake to the next I don't need to do IBD testing it has already been done.
