BP With mites..
Long story short my male bp was constantly soaking in his bowl..did a bodily search and found what appears to be mites, so I went to our local reptile store and picked up two things to treat him with. The first is a spray-Natural Chemistry De Flea Reptile Mite Spray and 2 2-oz deli cups with a yellow strip in it. My question is is using both at the same time over kill?

I say one at a time, there could be unknown chemichal reactions and stuff, it's not worth the risk.

The cup is useful because of it's emptiness

Re: BP With mites..
I would use one at a time.
In the mean time, order you a can of PAM (Prevent-A-Mite). It works wonders! I keep one on hand just in case I ever have a problem.

What are those yellow strips in deli cups? I've seen them in some pet store before but never knew what they were for.

I'll second the P.A.M., especially if you have an active outbreak. It works great and is fairly easy to use if you follow the directions to the letter. It isn't cheap but it's worth the price and takes care of the nasty little snots, lol! Otherwise, I'd go with the consensus and say use any chemicals by themselves rather than mix them. Different chemicals can have interactions that are amplified or concentrated in concert with other chemicals, which could potentially injure or kill your snake if you're not careful.
