Books

I am looking for a couple books, A good introduction to herpatology text book, and a guide to reptiles and amphibians in Europe. It would be great if the latter of the two had an edition in German. I have found some books, but I am unsure what was good, and figured someone out there has, has used and has read some that are quality.

Most of the members here are american so asking for german editions of textbooks is kinda a specific request lol. Maybe try posting on a german herp forum, if there is such a thing.

I realize that, I was looking for something in english, just hoping maybe someone knew one that came with a German edition, as most do anyway hence the. If someone could just give me some titles, I could look myself. I searched amazon, and there are quite a few, that is why I was hoping someone has or has read a good intro to herp book, and most of what I can find are guides to amphibians and reptiles in the western hemisphere. The reviews of books on amazon are not that great, and getting titles from someone in the business or in the science is always better.
