So last night I got more than three hours of continued sleep (A few minutes shy of seven I think???) which may not be a big deal to a lot of people but I was diagnosed with chronic insomnia at the beginning of the year so it really isn't that often I can sleep through most of the night without having to randomly wake up for a couple of hours.
Just wanted to share my triumph.![]()

I don't normally let myself do that, I do my best to never take naps because that's what will happen to me. No matter how much I sleep I'm still tired. We need to share our health issues with each other
