The pictures aren't the best to see her true color and pattern, so I can't be sure. But this looks like a normal BCI to me. It looks more hypo than pastel in the second pic actually. So whether or not this is an inferno pastel or even a normal pastel is difficult to answer at this point.
If you are looking at a pastel, you should know that the pastel trait is not genetic. Pastels are noted for their clean pattern with more pink blushing. Pastels are often used to clean up the pattern and color of other morphs. They can affect other morphs, but 2 pastels bred together will not necessarily produce more pastels although the babies could appear more intense in color. To complicate matters, an "inferno pastel" is simply a line of pastels with strong red tones in their pigmentation. But again, this really is not a genetic trait.
Pastels are a good snake to have if you're going to breed boas, but their price is subsequently less than morphs that have been proven genetic. For 2012 babies, normal pastels will run around $80-100. Pastels combined with other genetic traits will raise the value of that morph - for instance, pastel jungles will range from $120-180 depending on the extent of the jungle pattern (which IS genetic - dominant actually).
