The big problem is where do you draw the line..?
Does it stop at large snakes, big cats, lion fish, pitbulls, apes?
I have a very hard time with anyone trying to control what another person does. With that said, how do you regulate it so everyone is safe?

Do I want to wake up to a tiger in my back yard? (well kinda) Do inhale the right to tell someone they can't own a tiger? No.

The Government should protect the people, not control the people.
