Quick viv sizing question about height

    Hi Guys,

    24" x 8" x 15"

Is the height clearance (8 inches) suitable to house a baby ball python until he moves into a 3ft vivexotic permanent home in about a year please?

That is taller than most tubs used in rack systems so it should be fine. You could save money and just use a locking lid tub for the year.

I don't know your plans but the one in the pic will need lamps or a heated room because a uth will not work very well with a wood bottom.

Re: Quick viv sizing question about height

    Hi, thanks for that.

I have the 18" for a corn snake and there is a perspex sandwich on top of the wood base insulated with a polystirine sheet, they really are decent bits of kit.

Can't seem to find the edit button.

I forgot to mention the heat mat is slipped into the perspex like this:

That is a really cool design. Who makes it?
