I was having the same issue with my lil' guy. After the third time I tried feeding him and he wouldn't eat I just left the f/t mouse on a piece of news paper (so he wouldn't swallow substrate) and shut all the lights off in the room and left him alone. I checked a couple of hours later and the mouse was gone. And from what I've heard it's not a good idea to refreeze f/t feeders. Hope you get him to eat soonAlso you could try ordering you feeders.
