Cornish are the smaller ones so does that mean theyre smaller than the avg sized chicken you'd buy in the grocery store? Or since theyre hybrids theyre about the same size?

The roos can get up to 15lbs, that's the size of a small turkey. But average is around 9-12lbs for roos and 7-10lbs for pullets.

I've processed birds at 6 weeks and got birds between 6-10lbs.
