I have only seen my females tail wag, however, I have heard of males doing it sometimes as well.

I actually witness just my female do it a couple weeks ago. So I believe females do it.

I guess my male butter is odd then. He tail wags and so does my male pastel. Both proven breeders!
And my females usually wag immediately after they finish wagging.

I have seen one of my males curl his tail straight up. Not sure it tail wagging.

Ive seen my females do it. My brother INSISTS the "brown" (aka my male cinni) was doing it while i was at work one day. Idk how accurate that is though lol...

Males sometimes put their tails straight up if they do anything at all.

I have never seen a male swish it's tail like a female "with it's organs pushed out" like a female does when she's scenting.
