2 rat pinks can easily be 30g of food. So its equivelent to a Med/large pup. If you want to put your mmind at ease you can pick up a scale at Walmart / target for around $20. Kitchen section (food scale, make sure it does grams) then feed 10-15% of bodyweight for little ones under 5-600g or so.
Looks to me like she might be shedding soon, she will probably poop then. If you really want her to poop, fully clean her cage
