Are Boas more 'active' than Ball Pythons?

Lol, yeah even my puppy dogs can get startled by quick movements sometimes. Not the boa though, he never even flinches.



Start carefully unwrapping from the tail. Mine hangs on for dear life when I try to put him away. And you have to be fast too, because as soon as you get him loose and try to set him down, he turns around and comes right back up my arm. Here he is hanging out watching tv with my daughter, he was there for probably 45 minutes before we dug him out so she could go to bed, lol.

That's pretty adorable in fact! I like knowing my pets -want- the attention, so perhaps a boa is the way to go for my next snake. Of course I'll always love my BP all the same! But as pretty as many colubrids are I get the feeling most of them would rather be left alone.
