    Favorite suppliers for F/T?

We've been buying from local pet store- Which of course has the advantage of changing sizes
easier, as she grows. But I wasn't crazy about the last supply we got from them.
    So looking for alternatives?

Anyone have a good supplier, that seems to always ship well & have good feeders?

    THanks!

I recently made my first online order, and I chose Laynes Labs. They were very easy to order from, and everything arrived promptly and in great condition. I would definitely do business with them again!

Those are just a couple of online retailers. You could also look online for any local reptile shows. Usually there are bulk breeders selling 50-100 packs of frozen rodents at a good price. You can stock up for a couple months at a time that way. I'm working on getting through a bag of frozen hopper mice that are already way too small for my snakes so their eating 2 at a time. The next bag will be all adults. Lucky for me I have at 4-6 reptile shows per year around me.

I go through different sources. Whenever I order online I like to buy in bulk. I order from Loxahatchee Rodents or Big cheese rodents. Both suppliers vacuum seal their feeders so I know its always fresh. I also like to stock up at reptile expos, prices are slightly more expensive per bag but when you take into account shipping etc, it comes out to about the same.

    Re: Favorite suppliers for F/T?

We currently use American Rodent Supply for our F/T. I always pick them up from them at various shows so I could not be certain of their shipping prices. Hope this helps.

    Re: Favorite suppliers for F/T?

I have been using rodent pro and have been happy with the quality and the shipping. Of course if you are going to order online you should order in bulk. If you are just getting one bag, it won't be worth it with shipping. Rodent pro usually takes 2 days to receive if they have them in stock. They show you while ordering how much space your order is taking in the shipping box. They ship in the same size box so again get a lot of bags or it's kind of a waste.

LAYNE LABS!! They are awesome! Every rodent is absolutely clean, well packaged, tails and feet tucked under, and they thaw dry - no "rodent blocks" to break apart! I couldn't get over how CLEAN the rodents are too. No urine staines at all. Entire order arrived perfectly frozen and very well packaged. Prices are not bad either. I could not be happier with them.
