Picture of the eggs I am concerned about

Here is a picture I took tonight when I checked on the eggs before I flushed them with water. It looks like the baby on the right is finally peaking its head out, but the egg on the left is the one that has been worrying me the most. The baby moved when I put the syringe on to flush. So I know its alive.

The one on the right looks real good. Now that he is poking his head out of the fluid he should be out in a couple of days.

Can't really tell on the other one but once he pokes his head out of the fluid he should be good to go as well.

What kind of thermostat are you using? I still think the temps you think you were incubating at were not true temps.

I believe its a Ranco, but I used 2 different thermometers with probes in the tub aswell, and all read about the same temps the entire incubation. But who knows, maybe it was lower.

Can you easily remove the grey stuff from the left egg using a q-tip?

If not I wouldn't stress overmuch since his head is out.
