    What morph next?

    Hello,

Currently, of the bps I have, I have a female and male normal, a pair of yellow bellies, a 50% pos het lavender albino male of 2 years, a June 2012 pastel male, and a 2012 male albino. I really love keeping reptiles as pets and a hobby, but I'm also into hobby breeding for the love of how interesting they are, and not the money.

I'm considering getting one or two (maybe 3 ) more bps. The local store has their new hatchlings in (bred by the owner), and my female yellow belly, the female normal, the pos het lavender albino, and the male albino are all from the store. I know I'd like to get a female 100% het albino, but I believe it will be closely related to my male hatchling. With axolotls and some other herps that's a debated no big deal, but I wonder if I should avoid that and wait till the January show?

I'm also interested in lessers, pinstripes, orange ghost, and spiders. I'd love to have a pied but I don't believe I have the money for that now. I'd like not to put any more than 600$ into my purchases, but I'd like to be able to get some interesting combos. I gather that a female spider for my male pastel will have a possibility of producing a bumblebee, which would be awesome.

Here is a list of what is available very close to me from the owner/breeder I know:

What should I think about obtaining within my budget, or are prices not too good and should I wait for the later show (for price or different lines)? Their BPs are always gorgeous and have great tempers, plus I very much trust the owner. Please give me some opinions on what to blow my cash on

I did not realize, but there is also a local breeder that has males, a fire, lesser platinum, and pinstripe for 300$ each.

Though I do need more females... Normals anyone?

A good female normal is always good to have around. They are cheap to boot!

You could really use a Fire female in that group.

Well you should go with whatever morphs you like best!

If I were you I would maybe get one or two single gene females and a cheap combo male. That way you have a few females to choose from and you can put the combo male to them, which would yield a lot more outcomes from breedings.

That's just me though! Choose whatever you like best
    1.0 Normal - Maynard
    1.0 POG - Victor
    0.1 YB - Diana

    0.1 Pastel Boa - Astrid
    1.0 Salmon Boa -

    1.1 Leopard Geckos
