Im not sure if my bp is stargazing, he is not lookign straight up but instead he is leaning on his water dish and looking at an angle, probably somewhere from 30-45 degree angle, i cant get pictures because i rarely see him doing it, is he ok?

Stargazing is unmistakable lack of muscle control. It is seriously wrong, it is usually not 'i think' it is a what the hack moment.

If he rarely does it he is probably just sniffing for food...

If he stays like that for long periods of time... He might be developing RI...

i think your snake is fine.

RI is a possibility but I would suspect low it is likely just some snake thing. They do that sometimes. Stargazing is a serious neurological issue with a grab bag or really terrible (most untreatable) causes lets hope your animal is NOT stargazing!
