I would definitely start a paypal dispute with this matter. In my opinion, no reputable breeder will sell a snake and not be sure of the weights. Also, what kind of breeder doesn't have their own scale? I feel for ya. It is transactions like this that make it more difficult for small to mid level breeders to make it in this business. Good luck!
