I though last night after I posted this it would be a horrible idea to put the Pied in there because then I'd never really know if I had any Het's or not for sure. I don't want a "who's your daddy" clutch with a possible recessive. I'd like to avoid those situations, but wasn't thinking straight last night when I saw her like that.
Last shed on 10/6... she was fed her last meal 10/22 (one small rat) between pairings with the Lesser. Refused on 10/29 after pairing with the Lesser for a few days.
She's only ever refused during a shed (last refusal on 10/4 before 10/6 shed). I thought maybe she refused on 10/29 because she was "off kilter" from being paired for a few times this year (virgin). She will generally take 2 small rats (~50-60g each) on feeding day and was kinda odd she only took one on 10/22. She had a big medium rat strike back at her one time and kinda shy's away from larger prey at times- hence the 2 smalls instead of a larger refusal situation. She is quite pretty right now, but she always looks great. I don't see anything really all that "glowing" about her. She is not looking as large this morning as last night. Last night she looked ready to burst!!
Lesser is in deep shed right now and he's quite shy when in shed. I shall keep pairing them in a few days once he's shed and hopefully they've both eaten.
