    Pairing

Just for the near future, I want to pair my 600 g m pastel to my 2700 gram f normal. Should I do a 3 day on 3 day off type deal? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, and if you can tell me why you chose a specific way such as benefits and so on.

I put my males in Monday night, take them out Thursday night and feed everyone Friday night. Then do it all over again next Monday. As far as benefits I am not sure there are any it just really works for me, my work schedule and my snakes.

I usually put my males in for 3-5 days and the pull them out for a few days, offer some food and if they take it then a few days to digest. If the male doesn't want to eat, in a day or two he is back in. I really have no specific reason for my numbers but it works for me.

You will notice that everyone is slightly different, no one is wrong and no one is right. If a 3 on 3 off schedule works for you then by all means do it. If there is another schedule that is more appealing to you and your other animals them do that. As long as the male is taken out every so often to give him a break and maybe eat something them you should be good.

    Best of luck!
