No there is no problem just make sure there is nothing sharp he will get cut on and it is fine I am assuming he is eating regularly? If not there could be husbandry issues at the heart but if he is it is fairly common during the CITES study one of the 200 odd pythons studied was collected from a tree. This has been observed by the on going predator studies being done by an italian team they have collected a number from trees. The italian team has even mentioned re-classing.
