They charge extra fees for small animals (I have both a cat and dog that WILL come with us), and even though we are living alone its not like living alone. There are the night owls too whole make obnoxious noises and bang around at 2am. Sure I will be at work for the most part at 2am, but when I'm not and trying to sleep its just not going to work.
