He's about a year old and I don't have a current weight but he was almost 300g 3 months ago. I don't plan on starting to pair until Jan/Feb, so even if he isn't big enough when I get him at the start of next month he should be by then. I start breeding my males young and pull them from breeding if they stop eating. Last year my enchi started breeding for me when he was about 450g and was my best breeder. He didn't stop eating at all while I was paring him. I've also heard of people paring males as young as 6 months and 300-350g. That being said I'm pretty sure he will be breeding for me this winter.
