    Red tails should be easier to get on f/t than BPs. I agree with KMG, it's all in how it's heated and presented. I usually don't have a problem getting my snakes to switch from live to f/t (even my BPs). I have one BP that I was told only ate live ASF but she takes f/t rats no problem for me.

    I also feed my boas in their cage and don't have a problem with them at all. With my boas I will actually just drop the f/t rat in and it's their job to find it. I started doing this because floating rats really freaked my female out when I first got her. She spent 15 minutes missing at me but wouldn't take the rat until I dropped it an walked away.

    Give f/t a try with him. You may be surprised with how well it goes.
