Ball Python + Guinea Pigs
Humor me here, what harm would a full grown ball python inflict on a guinea pig?

Depending on the size of the guinea pig, an adult bp is more than capable of killing and eating a juvi guinea pig...

Erm...probably death? Aren't guinea pigs sold as food for other species?

Are you talking as if you have one of each that's a pet and are worried, or as if feeding your bp guinea pigs?

Re: Ball Python + Guinea Pigs
I work with guinea pigs. A full grown Ball Python could easily take down and eat a full grown guinea pig.

I was looking into getting two guinea pigs as pets.

Do you keep snakes and guinea pigs at home? What precautions do you have? Are there any things you do to a guinea pig's cage when a snake is loose?

Not letting your snakes get loose would definetly be in the guinea pigs best interest...

Hahaha. I have a good track record with not letting anything get loose, but things happen and you have to be prepared anyway.

Re: Ball Python + Guinea Pigs
No, I don't own any guinea pigs. I work at PetSmart so I know how big they get. And I keep Ball Pythons.
