Yes it does look like a red tail boa but the colors are very interesting so does anyone know if its a certain morph?

Looks like a Hypo Central American to me. Do you have more pictures?
Here is one. cant see the head that well. You can see some of the belly. In this one you have the tail and some of the underside. This is a shot of the head

Also it does have a slight rainbow sheen to it in the light that the pictures don't really show.
