I am actually leaning towards Yara as the name for my female bee. The markings on her head look like they make a tribal butterfly and Yara is Arabic for "small butterfly". Love it.

That male pied is stunning! You can name him Smaug in honour of the Hobbit coming out soon

Ill have to pass on that name, not to big of a hobbit fan.
