    I use Exo-Terra 75 watt red bulbs on both my terrariums. They work great for keeping my temps about 90 hot/80 cool and they run day and night. My snakes wander day and night without regard for the light. I also have them on Exo-Terra Large Light Brackets. This is great for managing temps since I don't need Tstats on my lamps. If they're running a couple degrees too many above or below normal, all I have to do is adjust the height of the lamp to increase or decrease temp.
