you might check target also. they have some 15qt hefty brand tubs with latching lids that seem to be pretty good just another option for you. i use one for soaking my balls when they need it. it might just be me but i think the hefty ones lid seems to fit a little better and does not seem to flex as much.

These are what I used until I could get my rack done. I used the 30something qt ones though. They are very sturdy and the lids lock well.
