A regurg is more of just a nasty mess that breaks down super fast and will make a nice odor to come home to.
As long as you have a good tstat and a good water bowl it will be fine. I left mine for 8 days when I went on vaca recently. When I got back you couldn't even tell I had been away.
For longer trips I use filtered water for all my snakes needs. It stays fresh longer and does form slime in the bowls. Not that you need it for your sort trip but just a to for the future.

They are very efficient and even if he was missing a few meals he would be just fine.

Just left our whole collection for a week on their own while my partner and I drove across the country. With any luck he'll be fine. Just make sure his humidity and heat are stable and properly controlled before you go home. Do you have someone that could perhaps look in on him for you while you'll be away?

Twice last year I left my snakes for between 3-4 weeks. They all have large water bowls and they can't tip and they were full when I left. They were dry when I came home but I did a test before hand to see how long the water would last and the snakes were without water for at most one week. As has been stated, make sure that a meal has been digested before leaving and that your temps are controlled with a thermostat but aside from that you'll be just fine. Have fun going home for the weekend!

Short of a freak accident (electrical fire, house robbery, etc) your snake will be fine
