    Animal Plastics Customer Service

    Hi all,

    Has anyone had any dealings with AP lately?

    I've sent them a couple of emails over the past few days to organize a quote for four cages and have not had a response.

    I'm ready to spend roughly $1,000 so I thought they would at least get back to me saying that they are busy or something.

    Is this what they are generally like? The forum reviews regarding their products tend to be quite favorable.

    I deal with them on a few times a year, and have never had any issues, I almost always get a response within 48 hours. In fact I emailed them about 2 weeks ago and got a timely reply. If it has been less than a week I would guess that they are just busy. You can always try calling them during business hours.

    They are great, and are willing to help you out in any way possible.

    OK thanks. Good to hear as I really like their products, maybe they are just flat out.

    I'm overseas at the moment so it might be hard to call but ill try.

    Anyone know if their open on weekends?

    According to their website they are open Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM-5:00PM (US Central Time)

    Even if you don't get through when calling I bet they don't get as many calls as they do emails. You might get a faster response that way.

    I placed my first order with them yesterday, emailed them several questions as well, and they have been very quick to respond each time I contacted them. So far, I'm impressed with their customer service, and assuming that their products are of equal quality, I'll be a very happy customer.

    Thanks for the replies. They actually just emailed me with a reply. I think the fact I had asked a number of questions regarding custom options could have been the reason for the delayed response.
