Just checked on her and there is still no change yet. The vet said it may be 2 to 3 days before she lays them. We have to get her calcium levels back up. The uterus uses a huge amount of calcium to contract, that's why we are using liquid calcium. Liquid form builds up in her system faster than powder form. I'll post up again when I get home from work. Archie, Thankyou for the support. I see that you are in Afghanistan, hurry home safe. I was over there during Desert Storm. Well, still no change. Just gave her the second dose of liquid calcium for today. We'll be keeping our eyes on her tonight.

Absolutely! I am in Afghanistan for the time being and have done two tours in Iraq as well. I will do my best to hurry home like over you said! Just barely over two months to go!

Thanks for the info on why the calcium was needed - I had no idea. Do you dust her feeders in calcium a couple of times a week and do you you gutlaod them either? Just curious. I've never had any beardies but I have kept and bred leopard geckos in the past.

I'll be waiting to hear about how she does, but either way I'm sure that she'll be fine with a personal friend that is a vet on call!

Yes, we gut load her crickets and we dust them with calcium and D3. They get veggies for 3 meals and then the fourth meal is crickets. We also give them a pinky mouse once a month. They veggies consist of spring mix, squash, blue berries, strawberries, rasberries, sweet poatoes, pumpkin, and hybiscus flowers. Anyway, back to the female. She started pushing again this morning so hopefully she'll be able to get them out today. I'll post back up in the PM.

Still no results, We're really starting to get discouraged. I'll be calling the vet again tomorrow. Maybe I'm just being too impatient.

Holy cow, I think that your guys eat better than I do! LOL It definitely isn't a problem with not enough dietary calcium then, or at least that is my opinion.

I don't think that you're being too impatient but it may just take more time still. I'll keep checking back to look for good news!
