Whats up with this discoloration?

My female pied has some discoloration under her chin (and only under her chin)
Any idea what this might be, or if its normal?
I first noticed it after I soaked her for an hour after she had a bad shed.

It's a Pied them and spiders get that.. nothing to worry about.. all of mine have it..

Absolutely Normal for a Pied. But it scared the heck out of me the first time I saw it as well
